In these unprecedented times of coronavirus pandemic & severe lockdown, the hardest hit are the poor, tribals & daily wage labourers who are now struggling for their survival.

Welfare One in collaboration with Tehri Hydro Development Corporation(THDC) & Geeta Mahila Samiti(GMS) is helping the poor & needy by providing them food & other consumables in their hour of need.

We have adopted around 50 poor families in the areas of Dehradun, Rishikesh & Haridwar in the holy state of Uttarakhand.

We are distributing kits comprising of following items to each family –
Wheat floor, Rice, Salt, Pulses, Potato, Spices, Sugar/Jaggery, Tea, Soap, face mask & hand sanitizer.

One kit is costing us Rs. 500/family for 1 week.

We are planning to adopt as many families as possible. Any kind of monetary support is most welcome.
